    Product Description

    YE3 series of ultra-high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors are new high-efficiency and energy-saving products independently designed by Shenyang Motor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. according to the secondary efficiency standard specified in GB 18613-2012 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Ratings for Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors". At the same time, it meets the IE3 energy efficiency rating of the IEC 60034-30-1: 2014 standard.
    The appearance and installation dimensions of YE3 series motors are the same as those of Y and Y2 series motors. They have the advantages of reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, low noise, high protection level and high insulation level. They can be widely used in fans, water pumps, machine tools, compressors, transportation machinery, etc. Drive all kinds of general machinery and equipment, and can also be used in other places with harsh environment such as petroleum, chemical industry, steel, mining, etc. It is an ideal replacement product for Y and Y2 series motors.

    Detailed Description

    ◆ Site Conditions

    YE3 series motors can be applied to most occasions and environments. The standard working condition of the motor is from -20℃ to +40℃, and the altitude is ≤1000 meters.

    ◆ Temperature Rise And Insulation

    The motor is designed according to the F-class insulation design (105K) and the B-class insulation temperature rise assessment (80K), which improves the service life and reliability of the motor.

    ◆ Cooling And Ventilation

    According to the regulations of IC411 in IEC60034-6, the standard cooling method is totally enclosed self-fan cooling (TEFC). The standard motor is equipped with an auxiliary flow plastic fan.

    ◆ Protection Level

    The protection level of the motor is IP55, and it can be used in dusty or humid environments. A motor with a higher degree of protection can also be provided.

    ◆ Motor Protection

    PTC, PT100 and other winding and bearing temperature measurement and protection devices can be installed according to requirements.

    ◆ Voltage Frequency

    The standard motor is 380V/50Hz, and a 50Hz or 60Hz motor with any voltage in the range of 200-600V can also be designed. It can still operate well when the supply voltage deviates from the rated voltage by ±5%.

    ◆ Vibration

    The vibration speed level of the YE2 series motor measured at no load meets the N (standard) level.

    ◆ Junction Box Location

    The junction box is a standard YE3 series motor on the top of the base, and a motor with the junction box on the left or right is also available.
