YME2 series low-voltage high-power three-phase asynchronous motor
is a series of motor products independently developed by Shenyang
Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which meets the IE energy
efficiency level of the IEC 60034-30-1: 2014 standard.
The installation dimensions of YME2 series motors comply with the
IEC60034 standard. It has the advantages of reasonable structure,
beautiful appearance, high efficiency, low noise, high protection
level and high insulation level. It can be widely used in dragging
compressors, ventilators, water pumps, crushers, metal cutting
machine tools, coal mills, transportation machinery, etc. It can
also be used as prime mover for mining industry, machinery
industry, petrochemical industry and other industrial and mining
enterprises.

Detailed Description
◆ Site Conditions
YME2 series motors can be applied to most occasions and
environments. The standard working condition of the motor is -20℃
to +40℃, and the altitude is 1000 meters.
◆ Temperature Rise And Insulation
The motor is designed in accordance with Class F insulation (105K),
which improves the service life and reliability of the motor.
◆ Cooling And Ventilation
According to the regulations of IC411 in IEC60034-6, the standard
cooling method is totally enclosed self-fan cooling (TEFC). The
standard motor is equipped with an auxiliary flow plastic fan.
◆ Protection Level
The protection level of the motor is IP54 (IP55 can also be made
according to requirements), and it can be used in dusty or humid
environments. A motor with a higher degree of protection can also
be provided.
◆ Motor Protection
PTC, PT100 and other winding and bearing temperature measurement
and protection devices can be installed according to requirements.
◆ Voltage Frequency
The standard motor is 380V/50Hz, and a 50Hz or 60Hz motor with any
voltage in the range of 380-660V can also be designed. It can still
operate well when the supply voltage deviates from the rated
voltage by ±5%.
◆ Vibration
The vibration speed level of the YME2 series motor measured at no
load meets the N (standard) level.
◆ Junction Box Location
The junction box is a standard YME2 series motor on the top of the
base.
